A research company, Insync, is running a survey to get your feedback on our practice. Our reception staff may ask you to fill in the survey.
Why fill in the survey?
To provide us with valuable feedback, so we can make sure we’re giving you the best possible service. The survey is anonymous. Please DO NOT write your name on the survey.
What will I be asked about?
- Your satisfaction with our service
- What you think we do well and what we need to improve
- A bit about you
How is the survey filled in?
There are two options to fill in the survey – ONLINE or PAPER. Ask reception staff about how you can fill in the survey.
- If you are doing the survey ONLINE you can complete it via this link:

- If you are doing the survey on PAPER you will be given a paper form from reception staff. You can then return it via the survey drop-box
Do I have to fill in the survey?
You do not have to do the survey. You can choose not to participate. Your decision will not affect the level of care you receive.
How will my feedback be used?
Once all surveys are done, Insync will prepare a report that tells us:
- What our clients think we are doing well
- What our clients think we’re not doing so well and therefore what we need to improve
All feedback will be combined. Your name will not be linked with your responses.
Who can I contact with questions?
If you have a specific concern or complaint about the care provided to you, please speak to reception staff.
