Pharmacist

Manya Angley is an Advanced Practice Pharmacist who spent the first 20 years of her career as a teaching and research academic at the University of South Australia. She currently works as a credentialed pharmacist and researcher through her business, Manya Angley Research and Consulting (MARAC). Her professional activities are focused in general practice, disability and aged care. She continues to undertake research in medicines safety at care transitions and quality use of medicines in the aged care and disability sectors. Manya’s wealth of experience expertise in the pharmacy sector over 35 years is highly valued and she holds, or has held, positions on various multidisciplinary Government committees. Manya has held the position of SA/NT Branch President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia since July 2023. She joined the team at East Adelaide Healthcare in 2012 as a consultant pharmacist where her role is primarily doing Home Medicines Reviews (HMRs).
