About Me

I am a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Registered Nurse, I am dedicated to helping people understand and confidently manage their diabetes through individualised, evidence-based care. With my extensive working experience in both public and private sector, I work with individuals and their families to navigate Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes. My focus is on holistic care—helping develop realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle, covering areas such as blood glucose monitoring, medications, healthy eating, physical activity, diabetes technology, and reducing the risk of long-term complications.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed decisions about your health. I work collaboratively with your GP, endocrinologist, dietitian, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that supports your wellbeing every step of the way.
