Please call us if you are a new patient (or haven't been seen at EAHC in 5 or more years), and to book adult and child immunisations or chronic disease/mental health care plans.

If you have cold or flu symptoms, our doctors will only see you Face-To-Face if you have had a negative RAT test within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please note: Appointments booked after-hours (weekdays after 6pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) attract a higher fee.
